Sr Program Specialist Construction PM NM

Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager. The successful candidate will leverage previous construction or engineering management experience to lead Building Automation Controls Fire Alarm Security and integrated systems installation projects of varying sizes. You will manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle while overseeing projects in commercial environments including high-rise buildings airports and corporate campuses as well as institutional and government facilities including schools hospitals military installations municipal buildings and other federal state and local government sites supporting both new construction and retrofit projects.

As aSr. Program Specialist (Sr. Project Manager ) - Building Technologyyou will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation as well as creating and managing project schedules financial plans staffing plans project implementation and close-out documentation. You will report directly to our Program Manager and youll work out of our Albuquerque New Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex programs ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to meet program milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor program performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and tools.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2 or more proven experience in program management with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies tools and best practices to drive project success.
• Expertise in risk management resource allocation and stakeholder communication to ensure program alignment.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project JIRA or equivalent tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies is a plus.
