A role in Property Management means the opportunity to maximize the performance and longevity of Targets assets while delivering value reliability and brand integrity. Leverage and stretch your skills whether your focus is electrical and plumbing fire and security smart buildings HVAC and refrigeration waste management and recycling donations programs or energy utility expense management. Here your work will exceed the needs of both Target guests and team members delivering a holistically positive and pleasing experience every time they walk through our doors.

As a Sr Program Manager Refrigeration and Food Operations you will own the vendor relationships programs and review tied to keeping Refrigeration and Food assets optimized at nearly 2000 stores. You will own the Field strategy and relationship to improve knowledge process capabilities and local vendor management. You will drive new internal technologies and tools that transform how Property Management and partner teams engage with vendors. You will make decisions that align with Targets expectations for reducing overall expense increasing asset uptime performance and maintaining the overall brand and guest experience for Target Stores. The role will leverage communication and collaboration across Target and Vendors to listen to challenges and deliver tough messages. You will build compelling business cases grounded in data and analytics to prioritize investments improve ROI and deliver measurable value for Target.

About you:

• Bachelors Degree BA/BS

• Minimum 3 years business experience

• Effective verbal presentation and written communication skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects 3rd party vendors or contracts

• Excellent analytical organizational and reasoning abilities.

• Ability to influence others maximize relationships and leadthroughchange.

• Build strong partnerships while holding vendors accountable to service levels.

• Proven ability to balance store/field needs with enterprise strategy financial discipline and vendor performance standards

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
