Sr. Program Manager, Transparency Team, TSE

Are you interested in helping Amazon ensure that customers make great purchase decisions and enable the worlds most recognized Brands using Amazon to have the best experience listing and selling their products The Transparency team is seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Program Manager who will lead our FC authentication experience. To be successful in this role you must have a high-level knowledge of FCs and display a high Bias for Action and Ownership. You must be an effective communicator and be able to leverage your expertise to convince stakeholders. You will work directly with engineering business and operations stakeholders to define strategy and requirements and then lead projects from design through delivery.

This is a global role that will include interaction with brands FCs business development operational teams and stakeholders across US EU CN IN JP and AU.

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
