• Experience: 610 years in strategy transformation operations consulting program management or related roles with proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives building business cases managing portfolios and working with senior stakeholders

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Engineering Operations Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office(Boston Maitland or Milwaukee) 25% of the time.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this positions compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida Massachusetts and Wisconsin. Within this range individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to job-related skills experience and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market addition to base salary total compensation may include bonuses incentive plans and a comprehensive benefits package.
