Sr. Product Support Specialist

Leads execution of complex customer and product changes and serves as a subject-matter expert for Customer Change Management (CCM) master data labeling and visual decoration. Provides execution leadership mentors Product Support Specialists and partners with cross-functional teams and manufacturing plants to reduce risk and ensure consistent execution.

• Own end-to-end execution of complex or high-risk CCM changes
• Proactively identify and mitigate execution risks related to timing data accuracy and plant readiness
• Lead creation validation and correction of complex BOM structures
• Serve as escalation point for master data labeling and execution defects
• Own accuracy and completeness of Visual Decoration Slides (VDS) for assigned portfolios
• Partner with Graphic Arts and plants on complex labeling and decoration changes
• Act as a trusted execution partner to manufacturing sites
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to align feasibility and execution constraints
• Mentor Product Support Specialists and share best practices
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering Marketing or related field
• 57 years of experience in product support operations or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of CCM execution master data BOMs labeling and VDS
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and influence without formal authority
• Strong communication problem-solving and mentoring skills
