Senior Product Owner

The Senior Product Owner supportsin executing product initiatives and delivering value to customers. This role focuses on backlog support requirement definition and cross-functional coordination while developing product management skills and domain expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborateswith the development team to clarify requirements and gather feedback onwork in progress

• Supports the backlog refinement and prioritization activities

• Writes and reviews user stories acceptance criteria and test cases

• Assists in coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate updates

• Participates in sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives

• Helpstrack sprint progress identify blockers and escalate risks or issues as needed

• Supports validation and testing efforts to ensure requirements are met

• Documents product requirements decisions and updates to maintain alignment across teams

• Assists in gathering and summarizing customer feedback and product performance insights

• Conductsresearch on market trends customer needs and competitor products to support product decisions

• Stays current on relevant tools technologies and Agile best practices

• Performsresponsibilities thatregularly involvein-person collaboration based on business needs with reasonable accommodations provided in accordance with applicable laws

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering business or related field or equivalent experience

• 5-7 years of experience in product business analysis project coordination or Agile environments

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.)

• Experience with tools such as Jira Trello or Asana

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to product lifecycle or software delivery

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification (nice to have not required)
