Job Summary
As a Sr. Product Manager - Technical for Antenna Systems youll own an antenna within Amazon Leos portfolio of antennas and accessories that connect our customers to our LEO satellite constellation. Youll set the antenna product vision strategy and roadmap and show a high degree of ownership over delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a very cross-functional role working closely with engineering design finance and Leo & Amazon leaders as we define develop and launch innovative products.

Key job responsibilities
* Manage a Leo Antenna product lifecycle from inception through launch and customer adoption.
* Deeply understand customer needs and translate those needs to a prioritized roadmap of product and feature requirements.
* Be a relentless advocate for our customers and how we deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Develop a product vision and work with stakeholders across Leo and Amazon to bring that vision to life in the products your team owns.
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience building products for LEO or other satellite communication systems
- Experience managing product lifecycles for RF antenna systems

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
