Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use easilymaintainedandhighly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of allproduct technologydiscoveryand design work.

As Target continues to evolve its digital shopping experience theProduct DetailPage(PDP) Experienceteam owns the guest-facing experiences that help guests evaluate products build confidence to buy and make informed purchase decisions. This includes experiences such as product content reviews and ratings fulfillment andavailabilityinformationrecommendations and other decision-support experiences that influence engagement conversion and basket building. The team also partners closely with UX personalization analytics engineering and data science teams to shape contextually-aware experiences that respond to guest needs shopping behaviors and product signals ensuring guests receive the most relevant information at the right moment in their shopping journey.

As aSenior Product Manageryou will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy related roadmap and set key businessobjectives(OKRs) for your respective product.You will need toleveragethe knowledge of your product as well as customerfeedbackandestablishother relevant data points to assess value develop business cases and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product.You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers UX designers datascientistsand business partners to deliver a product.

In this role you will:

  • Own and evolve the Product Detail Page (PDP) experienceidentifyingopportunities to improve guest confidence product evaluation and basket-building outcomes.

  • Define and deliver guest-facing experiences such as product content reviews and ratings recommendations and other decision-support experiences that help guests make informed purchase decisions.

  • Leverageguest research analytics experimentation and business insights toidentifycustomer needs uncover opportunities and prioritize investments that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Partner closely with UX Engineering Data Science Analytics Personalization and Business teams to develop product strategies align priorities and deliver high-impact solutions in a complex and evolving environment.

  • Shape the future of the PDP by helping integrate adaptive andcontextually-awareexperiences that respond to guest behavior shopping mission product attributes inventory state and other signals to deliver more relevant experiences.

  • Balancenear-term businessobjectiveswith long-term capability investments influencing the roadmap and helping define how Targets digital shopping experiences evolve over time.

You will be the voice of the product to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the marketmaintaina product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes epics and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.

    You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals andhigh standardsof performance while committing to the organizations direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.
