Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use easilymaintainedandhighly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of allproducts technologydiscoveryand design work.
Within the Marketing Capabilities Product Organization the Content Supply Chain Product team is buildingAI Content Creation capabilitiesto scale content across Target channels.Wereseeking aSenior Product Managerto stand up and scale TargetsAI Content Creation Center of Excellence owning the governance and operational foundationsto deploy AI responsibly at scale.
This role will own intake andfacilitateprioritization of AI content creation use cases based on business value feasibility readiness and risk. The Senior PMwill partner closely with Responsible AI(RAI) to embed RAI requirements into governance standards review processes AI model access token consumption reporting (including generation limits and usage thresholds) and reusable playbookswhile coordinating across Legal Compliance Risk Security Creative Marketing Product Tech and vendor partners.
As aSenior Product Manageryou will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy related roadmap and set key businessobjectives(OKRs) for your respective product.You will need toleveragethe knowledge of your product as well as customer feedbackandestablishother relevant data points to assess value develop business cases and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product.You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers UX designers data scientistsand business partners to deliver a product.
You will be the voice of the product to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the marketmaintaina product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes epics and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.
You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals andhigh standardsof performance while committing to the organizations direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Leadership:
Lead the product roadmap and scaling strategy for the AI Content CreationCoE withfocuson GovernanceandOperations.
Own the intake model for AI content creation use cases andfacilitateprioritization across business value feasibility readiness and risk.
Partner with Product Managers across the organization to translate rollout and pilot learning into scalable governance operational and readiness practices.
Align cross-functional stakeholders around decisions dependencies risks and requirements needed to move use cases from concept to production.
