Job Summary

The Product Engineering Architect will play a pivotal role in designing developing and implementing innovative product solutions. This position requires expertise in drop test solutions mechanical problem-solving and electro-mechanical systems to ensure product reliability safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and integration of drop test solutions to evaluate and enhance product durability.
- Apply advanced mechanical solver techniques to identify analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Design and optimize electro-mechanical solutions collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient products.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including test protocols design specifications and engineering reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams fostering innovation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field with 12 years of experience.
- Proven experience in drop test methodologies and mechanical problem-solving.
- Strong background in electro-mechanical design and integration.
- Excellent analytical communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving technical requirements.
The annual salary range for California is $203000 to $377000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus equity and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
