Team Overview:

The Enterprise Product & Strategy organization helps Target increase speed to value through product strategy planning practices and product operating model evolution. Within Enterprise Product & Strategy the Product Practice team scales product maturity by enabling teams with the skills tools learning and coaching they need to succeed in the product model. The team also ensures that AI adoption and product model adoption advance together so AI improves discovery decision-making and outcomes.

• Workwith multiple product teamstoidentify manage and track high integrity commitments for acomplexand holisticaspect of the guest experience.

• Manage and track cross team dependenciesassociated with those commitments.

• Work toidentifyimpediments to deliveron ourprioritizedobjectivesearly actively help resolve those impediments and escalate appropriately when needed.

• Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets commitments and associated outcomes and progress up to senior leadership levels.
