This role is part of Alcons Information Technology function a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that enable our associates and customers to help people and the world see brilliantly. This is an onsite position based out of our Fort Worth Texas Main Campus.

As a Sr. Principal Platform Owner you will lead the strategy development and execution of digital platform this role you will drive innovation across platforms ensuring solutions are scalable secure and aligned with evolving business needs.

In this role a typical day will include:

• Ensure platform architecture is scalable secure and integrates seamlessly with other systems to meet business needs
• Drive digital transformation by incorporating cutting-edge technologies and ensuring platforms support operational efficiency and business growth
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align platform solutions with broader organizational objectives
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for platform improvements and enhancements
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement
• Oversee platform integration across business functions ensuring seamless operation and maximum system effectiveness
• Lead the strategic direction of platform development making strategic decisions on platform improvements emerging technologies and aligning platform initiatives with business priorities

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school15 yrs. Assoc.11 yrs.; M.S.4 yrs.; PhD3 yrs.)
• The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
