Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Estimator for a direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for preparing accurate plumbing estimates managing bid schedules reviewing drawings/specifications and coordinating with subcontractors vendors and project managers throughout the bidding process.

• Prepare plumbing estimates and bid proposals for commercial projects
• Review plans specifications addenda and project documents
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and scope coverage
• Utilize FastEST/FastPIPE estimating software
• Track bid results and assist with project turnover to operations
• Maintain communication with project managers general contractors and owners
• Develop budgets and monitor material pricing trends

• Experience estimating commercial plumbing projects
• Proficiency with FastEST/FastPIPE preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of plumbing materials and current market pricing
