Sr. Planner Hybrid

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain demand-supply projection models
• Develop and maintain distribution resources planning models
• Lead cross-functional meetings to execute action plans
• Evaluate warehouse nodes supply flow and target stocking levels
• Create slide decks and present to Stakeholders
• Provide MPS priority mix
• Support EMEA and APAC supply orders
• Analyze NPI and sunsetting SKUs and provide a timeline model
• Ability to data mine reports
• Investigate inventory problems find root causes and deliver solutions with cross-functional departments
• Lead continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives

Must have skills:

• 5 years or more of experience in Supply chain/Operations
• Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate to advanced user with MS Office Word Outlook PowerPoint
• Experienced with ERP/MRP systems
• Self-starter comfortable leading cross-regional and cross- functional meetings that will interact/lead with different teams
• The work environment is fast paced and must be able to balance multiple deadlines
• Ability to stay organized while maintaining program/project timeline deliverables
• Candidate needs to have knowledge of ERP functions that support the Supply Chain
• A Supply Chain planner or Buyer/Planner for min of 5 years
• Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Able to model supply projections build plans

Preferred skills:

• Certification: Preferred CPIM / CSCP or applicable knowledge Skills and Abilities
• Experience with Project and Program Management
• Experience in the medical device industry
• Knowledge of supply and distribution/inventory network planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with navigating in Sharepoint/Teams/Smartsheets
• Experienced with ERP/MRP systems
• Self-starter comfortable leading cross-regional and cross- functional meetings
• Experience in the medical device industry

Education Requirements:

• Preferred College Degree or equivalent
• 5 or more years in Supply Chain/Operations
