Job Summary
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain demand-supply projection models
- Develop and maintain distribution resources planning models
- Lead cross-functional meetings to execute action plans
- Evaluate warehouse nodes supply flow and target stocking levels
- Create slide decks and present to Stakeholders
- Provide MPS priority mix
- Support EMEA and APAC supply orders
- Analyze NPI and sunsetting SKUs and provide a timeline model
- Ability to data mine reports
- Investigate inventory problems find root causes and deliver solutions with cross-functional departments
- Lead continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives
Must have skills:
- 5 years or more of experience in Supply chain/Operations
- Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate to advanced user with MS Office Word Outlook PowerPoint
- Experienced with ERP/MRP systems
- Self-starter comfortable leading cross-regional and cross- functional meetings that will interact/lead with different teams
- The work environment is fast paced and must be able to balance multiple deadlines
- Ability to stay organized while maintaining program/project timeline deliverables
- Candidate needs to have knowledge of ERP functions that support the Supply Chain
- A Supply Chain planner or Buyer/Planner for min of 5 years
- Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Able to model supply projections build plans
Preferred skills:
- Certification: Preferred CPIM / CSCP or applicable knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Experience with Project and Program Management
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Knowledge of supply and distribution/inventory network planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with navigating in Sharepoint/Teams/Smartsheets
- Experienced with ERP/MRP systems
- Self-starter comfortable leading cross-regional and cross- functional meetings
- Experience in the medical device industry
Education Requirements:
- Preferred College Degree or equivalent
- 5 or more years in Supply Chain/Operations
