We are seeking a versatile Senior Performance Designer to drive growth across paid ads landing pages email marketing and motion this role you will act as a design Swiss Army knife blending high-level visual storytelling with conversion-focused strategy. You will join our small fast-growing agency team based in North County San Diego collaborating directly with ambitious brands to scale their digital presence.

Role Overview

As a Senior Performance Designer you will own the creative execution for diverse brand portfolios. You understand that great design doesnt just look beautiful—it drives clicks conversions and revenue. You are an expert at balancing speed with quality leveraging modern AI workflows to supercharge your output and adapting your style seamlessly across multiple digital touchpoints.

Core Responsibilities

• Performance Creative: Design iterate and optimize high-converting paid social ads (Meta TikTok Google) based on direct-response principles and performance data.
• Web & Conversion Design: Build and optimize high-impact landing pages conversion funnels and website experiences that turn traffic into customers.
• Retention Marketing: Craft visually compelling strategic email designs and templates that elevate customer lifecycle marketing.
• Motion & Video Design: Bring static assets to life with clean engaging motion graphics and video editing tailored for social feeds.
• AI-Driven Workflows: Proactively integrate AI tools (Midjourney Firefly Magnific or similar) into your creative process to accelerate ideation asset generation and variations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Agency or Brand Experience: 5 years of digital design experience with a proven track record working inside a fast-paced agency or on a high-growth performance-driven brand team.
• Full-Stack Skillset: Deep expertise across static graphic design UI/UX (Figma) email layouts and motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere).
• Conversion-First Mindset: Strong understanding of direct-response marketing consumer psychology typography and visual hierarchy.
• Tech-Forward: Enthusiastic about AI tools and emerging creative technologies with practical experience using them to streamline workflows.
• Location: Ability to work or collaborate dynamically with our team in North County San Diego (hybrid/on-site preferences can be specified).
