Position: Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Remote Occasional Travel to client (No expenses paid)

Duration: Long term contract

Experience: 15 Years

(Technical 80% - Functional 20%) We are open to consider 100% Technical Profiles too

Client Need:

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering solution design configuration testing and support of Oracle Payroll modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Payroll.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll elements balances fast formulas and payroll processes.
• Work with HR Finance and IT teams to implement payroll solutions.
• Support Payroll integrations with other systems.
• Participate in SIT UAT and Payroll parallel runs.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional support.
• Prepare functional documents and training materials.
• Support production payroll and post-go-live activities.

Required Experience:

• 15 years of Oracle HCM experience.
• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Experience in Payroll configuration Fast Formulas Elements and Balances.
• Experience in implementation or support projects.
• Good understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
• Experience with integrations and data migration is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
• Experience with Core HR Benefits Time & Labor.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
