JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. Operations Project Manager leads strategic large-scale and high-complexity projects including customer-specific initiatives new product introductions and manufacturing transfers. This role provides leadership and direction to cross-functional teams manages customer relationships and maintains accountability for project scope schedule quality cost and overall execution. The Sr. Operations Project Manager serves as a key liaison between customers stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead strategic projects from initiation through completion ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives
• Gather analyze and translate project requirements into executable plans
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and milestones
• Collaborate with internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop integrated project plans schedules resource requirements and risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective actions as needed
• Manage project scope schedule cost quality and risk to ensure successful execution
• Provide regular project status updates performance metrics and issue resolution plans to stakeholders
• Serve as the primary interface with customers vendors sponsors and key stakeholders
• Coordinate project activities and drive accountability across multiple functional organizations
• Support resource planning capacity management and forecasting of project-related staffing needs
• Facilitate effective communication across project teams and leadership groups
• Coach team members through complex decision-making situations
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics analysis lessons learned and best practice implementation
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and security requirements
• Participate in knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments and Jabil sites
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge Requirements

• Expert knowledge of project management principles methodologies and best practices
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering operations
• Knowledge of Jabil operating policies procedures culture and guiding principles
• Ability to effectively navigate diverse global cultures organizational structures and business environments
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong communication leadership organizational and problem-solving skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in manufacturing engineering operations or related environments
• Proven experience leading large complex cross-functional projects
• Or an equivalent combination of education training and experience
