Sr. Operations Manager
This key leadership role will oversee production planning scheduling workflow logistics installations labor efficiency and operational performance while working closely with Production Sales Project Management Purchasing Maintenance and Executive Management.
Key Responsibilities:
This key leadership role will oversee production planning scheduling workflow logistics installations labor efficiency and operational performance while working closely with Production Sales Project Management Purchasing Maintenance and Executive Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate operations across both locations
- Oversee production planning scheduling capacity workflow logistics and installations to meet key deadlines.
- Improve labor efficiency productivity quality and on-time delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities
- Monitor operational KPIs equipment utilization waste and labor
- Identify problems early and implement practical lasting solutions
- Help drive a consistent accountable and scalable operating environment
- 5 years of manufacturing production or operations experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with production planning KPIs process improvement and cost reduction preferred
- Multi-location operations experience preferred
- Printing graphics signage or related industry experience is a plus
