Job Description

As a key strategic partner theOperations Finance Managerplays a pivotal role in driving financial performance and operational excellence across the organization. This leader oversees financial planning analysis and reporting forseveral regions with corporateobjectivesanddeliveringactionable insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate blends financial acumen with operational savvy and thrives in a collaborative cross-functional environment.

Core Responsibilities

Business Partnership

  • Act as the primary FP&A thought partnertoregionaloperations Vice Presidentslink operational drivers to financial outcomes.
  • Drivefinancial visibility for operational transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams across Procurement Accountingand Operationsto support strategic initiatives.
  • Owninventory andoperations capex developprocesses to include reporting and tracking of inventory and Capex spend.

Financial Leadership

  • Lead end-to-endregionalfinancial planning andforecasting foroperations streamlining processes through automation.
  • Own business case development to support Sourcing and Operations efficiencyprojectsand present to senior leadership.
  • Partner with operations teams to define and monitor KPIs cost-saving strategies and capital investmentsensuring ROI targets are met.
  • Support the annual operating plan rolling forecasts and long-range planning for North America(US and Canada) ensuring alignment with enterprise targets.
  • Own monthly/quarterlyoperationalperformance reviewsfor supported regions analyze variances and track corrective actions.
  • Design andmaintaindashboards and reporting tools that track key financial and operational metrics.
  • Champion continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.

Compliance & Controls

  • Asset Management: Supportinternal audits ofcompany assets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls financial policies and regulatory standards.
  • Support internal audits related to operations finance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree infinance Accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 years offinanceexperience(preferoperations-focused roles).
  • Advanced analytical skills andexpertisein financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP Oracle Power BI).
  • Strong communicator andproactiveinfluential leader witha track recordof cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Data-driven attention to detaildecision-makerwith a bias for action.
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments.
  • Proactive problem solver and self-starter.

Travel Requirements

  • Flexible travel(<20%)is basedon business needs.

  • Hybrid3days in office
