Sr. MS365 Platform Engineer

Job Title: Sr. MS365 Platform Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams Outlook Office Applications Administration Intune Viva Copilot Loop Exchange Entra ID Power Platform SharePoint and related technologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining Microsoft 365 platform roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess the current Microsoft 365 environment and platform tools.
• Review Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and identify upcoming feature changes.
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to evaluate and implement new Microsoft 365 features.
• Understand and manage Microsoft 365 licensing structures.
• Develop and maintain documentation user guides and knowledge base articles.
• Establish default configurations and settings for new features based on organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Teams Exchange Online Entra ID Intune Power Platform SharePoint Viva Copilot and related services.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers.
• Ability to create and maintain platform roadmaps.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
