Job Title: Sr. MS365 Platform Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months

Key Requirements

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams Outlook Office Applications Administration Intune Viva Copilot Loop Exchange Entra ID Power Platform SharePoint and related technologies.
Experience creating and maintaining Microsoft 365 platform roadmaps.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze and assess the current Microsoft 365 environment and platform tools.
Review Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and identify upcoming feature changes.
Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to evaluate and implement new Microsoft 365 features.
Understand and manage Microsoft 365 licensing structures.
Develop and maintain documentation user guides and knowledge base articles.
Establish default configurations and settings for new features based on organizational standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 platforms.
Strong knowledge of Teams Exchange Online Entra ID Intune Power Platform SharePoint Viva Copilot and related services.
Experience working with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers.
Ability to create and maintain platform roadmaps.
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
