Sr. Mgr. Product Marketing , Shipping

Amazon is seeking an experienced and motivated senior product marketing leader to manage the Amazon Shipping and Freight product marketing team. As a Senior Manager you are a hands-on experienced and versatile marketing leader who has successfully led teams in planning and executing impactful go-to-market campaigns. At Amazon you will drive strategic planning and oversee the execution of GTM collateral deploy communications to target audiences across multiple channels and monitor adoption to identify opportunities for additional marketing impact. Your team will conduct regular GTM campaign analysis to improve processes and outputswith you leading the emphasis on continuous improvement. As the leader of a fast-paced high-achieving marketing team you will need to effectively lead your own team while collaborating cross-functionally within the product and technology organization as well as with parallel marketing organizations.

A leader You are passionate about leading and developing a team that plans and executes GTMs for impactful products that enhance the experience of Amazon Freight Partners marketplace carriers and their drivers. You are highly effective working with product managers engineers operators and finance partners.

- 10 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

- Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner tech team and operating at leadership levels

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
