Job Summary

The Senior Manager Transmission Customer Services Risk & Reliability provides strategic leadership for Entergys Transmission Customer Services organization and Transmission Risk & Reliability functions. The role leads customer engagement for Tier 1 industrial nuclear and specially designated transmissionserved customers while driving system reliability riskmitigation practices execution readiness and crossfunctional operational alignment across Power Delivery.

The leader ensures customer expectations transmission asset maintenance operating event reviews and riskmanagement processes are consistently applied to support safe reliable and customerfocused transmission service.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelors degree Engineering required.
  • Preferred: Electrical Engineering degree or MBA

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the utility industry.
  • Managerial supervisory experience required as part of progressive responsibilities.
  • Preferred: Experience with Transmission and MISO tariffs.

Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent leadership skills to guide mentor and build an organization;
  • Strong communicator both at tactical and strategic levels with experience discussing complex topics in a simple easy-to-understand way;
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to execute projects in a matrix organization;
  • Strong demonstrated writing and presentation skills.
