Manager Total Rewards supports the strategy governance and delivery of MCCs benefits retirement and wellbeing programs across the Americas region with additional responsibility for compensation operations and job architecture. This role is the primary regional expert for global benefits retirement plans (including 401(k)) wellbeing strategy and regulatory compliance ensuring MCCs offerings are competitive costeffective and aligned with global Total Rewards to the VP Global Total Rewards the Sr. Manager plays a critical role in advancing MCCs global harmonization efforts strengthening governance and building scalable processes. Key ResponsibilitiesBenefits & Retirement & Wellbeing (Primary Focus)Support the design governance and administration of MCCs global total rewards strategy focusing on benefits programs including medical dental disability life wellness FSA/HSA COBRA and leave programs. Serve as the owner of MCCs retirement programs including 401(k) pension/retirement plans and global retirement harmonization with brokers consultants and vendors to optimize plan design cost containment employee experience and annual open enrollment strategy communications and global benefits development and wellbeing frameworks ensuring regional alignment and wellbeing strategy integrating physical financial and mental health initiativeCompensation & Job Architecture Manage core compensation processes including salary structures annual merit cycles promotions and offcycle job evaluation market pricing and benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external participation in salary surveys and analyze market data to guide compensation regional job architecture consistency within MCCs global Stewardship & AnalyticsManage the Americas benefits and retirements budgets; monitor spend trends utilization and dashboards and reporting to assess competitiveness equity plan performance and workforce cost datadriven insights to HR Finance and business leaders to support strategic & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with federal state and local regulations including ERISA ACA HIPAA FLSA GDPR pay transparency and retirement plan governance audits nondiscrimination testing and vendor compliance for benefits and retirement with Legal and HR Operations to mitigate risk and maintain strong governance & Partner ManagementManage relationships with benefits brokers retirement plan advisors consultants and thirdparty billing audits financial reconciliations and servicelevel vendors deliver highquality service and value aligned with MCCs global Leadership & Capability BuildingLead and develop members of the Total Rewards team strengthening technical expertise analytical capability and service scalable processes that support MCCs HR operating model and shared services CollaborationPartner with Finance Legal HR Business Partners and business leaders to support M&A integration organizational design workforce planning and global transformation to global projects related to HR modernization benefits harmonization and operational & ExperienceBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or related field required.710 years of progressive experience in benefits retirement plans and total rewards with strong expertise in plan governance and in a global or multicountry environment strongly ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence crossfunctional managing vendors and brokers; experience with selfinsured plans & CompetenciesDeep expertise in benefits strategy retirement plan governance wellbeing programs and regulatory analytical and financial skills with a datadriven understanding of compensation principles and job communication influencing and stakeholder management integrity discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
