Position Summary
The Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition will help build and lead Omnis Talent Acquisition (TA) function supporting the design of recruiting processes technology and vendor strategy under the direction of the VP HR. This role contributes to the operational backbone of TA including applicant tracking systems (ATS) sourcing strategies employer branding and recruiting workflows while simultaneously delivering on active hiring needs across a globally distributed multi-country workforce. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys a mix of process design and tactical execution.
About the Role
Support & Help Build the TA Function
Help design and implement recruiting workflows policies interview processes and candidate experience standards for a global multi-country organization.
Support evaluation and implementation of core TA technology (ATS sourcing tools CRM background check/assessment platforms) including AI-enabled sourcing and screening tools in partnership with HR leadership.
Contribute recommendations to a buy vs. build framework for which recruiting services and tools should be handled in-house versus outsourced to RPO/staffing partners.
Help implement recruiting policies and localized practices that support compliance with regional labor laws and cultural norms.
Talent Acquisition Execution
Partner with the VP HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and help execute a scalable talent acquisition approach.
Own and deliver against hiring targets across corporate manufacturing sales and international functions.
Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and specialized roles (e.g. manufacturing sales technical/print industry expertise).
Support development of a scalable interview and selection process including interview guides scorecards and hiring manager enablement.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Help identify and manage relationships with external recruiting vendors staffing agencies and RPO providers to supplement internal capacity.
Support contract negotiations and budget tracking related to TA tools job boards and third-party recruiting services.
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
Contribute to Omnis employer value proposition (EVP) and employer brand presence (careers site social media job boards).
Help maintain a consistent high-quality candidate experience across regions and hiring levels.
Data Metrics & Reporting
Track and report on TA metrics (time-to-fill cost-per-hire source of hire diversity metrics etc.) leveraging available analytics tools.
Provide regular updates to HR leadership on hiring progress pipeline health and market trends.
Team Support
Support and mentor recruiters/coordinators as hiring volume grows.
Partner closely with the existing Talent Acquisition Lead and HRBP team to align recruiting activity with broader HR and workforce planning.
What Success Looks Like in the First Year
Contributed to selection and adoption of a global ATS and core TA tech stack including AI-enabled tools.
Supported documentation of a buy vs. build strategy for recruiting services and tools.
Helped establish standardized compliant hiring processes across regions.
Met or exceeded assigned hiring targets during the build-out period.
Contributed to foundational employer brand and candidate experience standards.
About You
5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience including exposure to building or scaling TA processes ideally in a standalone carve-out or high-growth/start-up environment
Experience supporting selection or implementation of ATS and other recruiting technology including familiarity with AI-driven recruiting tools (sourcing screening candidate matching).
Experience recruiting across multiple countries/regions (U.S. required; Brazil India and/or EMEA a plus).
Vendor management experience including RPO staffing agencies or recruiting technology providers.
Ability to balance process-improvement work with day-to-day tactical hiring execution.
Experience recruiting across diverse functions (corporate sales manufacturing/operations) is a plus.
Solid analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics/dashboards.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working with autonomy and ambiguity.
Experience in a print manufacturing publishing or similar industrial/commercial B2B environment preferred but not required.
Familiarity with global compliance considerations related to hiring (e.g. data privacy local labor law nuances in Brazil India EMEA) preferred but not required.

The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations unless otherwise noted the base compensation range for this role is $100100 USD - $185900 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
