The Role
The Senior Manager Quality Management System (QMS)is responsible fordevelopingmaintaining and leading Lucids enterprise-level Quality Management System in alignment with IATF 16949 ISO 9001 internal standards and applicable regulatory requirements. This role drives cross-functional governance compliance continuous improvement and systemic quality excellence across Manufacturing Engineering Supply Chain Field Quality and Customer Experience.

What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Manufacturing Industrial Engineering ora relatedtechnical field.
- 12 years of progressive experience in Quality Management Systems Quality Engineering Manufacturing Quality or Regulatory Compliance.
- 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience leading an IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System.
- Deepexpertisein IATF 16949 ISO 9001 APQP PFMEA/DFMEA Control Plans CAPA and risk management.
- Ability to read write speak and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position including understanding work instructions safety procedures and job-related communications.
Preferred
- Masters degree in Engineering Quality Manufacturing Business Administration or related discipline.
- ASQ CQE CMQ/OE or related certifications.
- Experience leading enterprise QMS transformation or digital quality initiatives.
- Electric vehicle manufacturing experience.
Work Requirement
Regular onsite engagement isrequiredto support governance activities audits process reviews and strategic quality initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
