Sr Manager, Product Securities Lending

The Role

This role ispart of a team that overseesthe productdevelopment for the Securities Finance Principal business unit. The teamis responsible forcreating andexecutingbusiness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and executing cross-organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality stable products on time and aligned with business objectives

• Partneringclosely with business stakeholders toidentifyproduct gaps streamline inefficiencies and translate complex business requirements into detailed documentation

• Acting as a liaison betweenbusiness partners technologyteamsand leadership to manage expectations andfacilitateclear communication throughout thedevelopmentlifecycle

• Owningthe creation of user stories functionaldocumentationand workflow diagrams to ensure alignment across business and technology teams

• Managing project deliverablesincludingproactivelyidentifyingblockersperforming user acceptancetestingand supporting production releases

• Developing athoroughunderstandingofexisting end-to-end processes toeffectivelytroubleshootproductionissuesandmanagefutureenhancements

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelorsdegreewithrelevantexperiencein technology or financial services

• Experience with product management project managementtechnical analysisorbusinessanalysispreferred

• Knowledge and understanding of Securities Finance or Capital Markets a plus

• Composing workflow and/or system documentation

• Translating business requirements into concise written technology requirements

• Facilitating meetings documenting actionitemsand following up with stakeholders

• Detail-oriented analyticalthinkingwith a sense of urgency and ownership

• Strongattention to detail and ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment

• ProficiencyinSQLa plus

The Team

The team interactswithall aspects of the business including but not limited to Technology Vendors Trading Operations Legal Risk and Compliance.The product development team works with all business partners to create new features and functionality to promote the growth/success of the business unit and Fidelity as a whole.
