Sr Manager, Product Electronic Trading

The Role

Do you enjoy solving complex real-time problems where technology markets and business intersect We are seeking a Sr Manager to join the Equity Product and Trading Solutions this role you will help drive the development and evolution of our core electronic trading platform including order management and routing FIX connectivity data and risk controls. The primary purpose of this role is to take part in driving and shaping the firms electronic trading infrastructure and be accountable for the entire product life cycle from planning to implementation and adoption. As an integral member of the product team you will work closely with technology trading consultants operations risk compliance legal data science and other internal partners to deliver resilient scalable and differentiated electronic trading solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured detail-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to lead highperforming crossfunctional product delivery squads using modern product management practices
• Strong understanding of the technical and operational components and workflows associated with electronic equity trading
• Proven ability to act as the voice of the customer translating business needs into clear actionable requirements for technology teams
• Self-starter who embraces pace over perfection and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented positive and forward-thinking with a passion for building innovative trading solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical topics to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with electronic equity trading concepts and market structure (a plus not required)
• Intellectually curious with a strong desire for continuous learning
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required within 6 months of hire

Fidelitys Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
