We are looking for a Sr. Manager Operations Financial Planning & Analysis to serve as the primary financial partner to our Supply Chain leadership this role you will lead financial planning forecasting and analysis across the global supply chain network including procurement installation transportationlogisticsand Service. You will translate complexlogisticsdata into actionable financial strategies that optimize total landed costs strengthen networkefficiencyand help leaders make confident business decisions.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days** #LI-Hybrid

As our Sr. Manager Operations Financial Planning & Analysis you will:

Lead financial planning forecasting and analysis across the global supply chain network including procurement installation transportationlogisticsand Service.
Partner with Supply Chain leadership including global operations leaders and global supply chain teams to generate insights and drive business decisions.
Translate complexlogisticsand operations data into actionable financial strategies that optimize total landed costs and improve network efficiency.
Providefinancesupport for monthly close analytics deckpreparationand executive-level commentary for total operations reporting.
Forecast domestic freight lines and collaborate with international supply chain managers tooptimizefreight and installation by region and country.
Support planning and analysis across key areas including outbound freight installation Service sales and supply chainwarrantyand extended service contracts global PPV inbound freight inventory adjustmentsscrapand other COGS.
Identifyopportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness through ad hoc analysis strategic cost-benefitanalysisand Finance transformation projects.
Partner with IT and Accounting to help integrate Service processes and reduce manual workstreams.
Use AI tools including Claude to drive efficiency in processes and planning inputs.
Build and improve self-service financial dashboards that empowerlogisticsmanagers to make cost-conscious daily decisions.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Sr. Manager Operations Financial Planning & Analysis:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting EconomicsBusinessor a related field; MBA CPA or CMA is a plus.
8 years of progressive finance experience includingsignificant timein FP&A; experiencesupporting supply chainlogisticsmanufacturingor operations is strongly preferred.
Prior experience leadingmentoringor developingteam members and partnering directly with senior leadership.
Advanced Excel modeling skills plus hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems (Oracleorsimilar) and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong financial planning and analysis experience with the ability to support global supply chainlogisticsServiceand operations leaders.
Experience with forecasting monthly close analytics P&L support cost-benefitanalysisand operational performance reporting.
Ability to translate financial results and operational data into clear actionable insights for business leaders.
A proactive independent working style with the ability to think aheadidentifyrisks and move work forward.
Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
A results-oriented mindset with the willingness to work through barriers and get the job done.
Ability toidentifystructural cost-out opportunities across the network and support annual productivity targets.
Strong communicationskills and the ability to make complex financial information clearusefulanddecision-ready.
Curiosity and openness to using technology and AI to improve planning reporting and decision-making processes.

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $109400 - $153800 position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strengths annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of bonus varies based on company and individual performance goals and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
