We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager Operations Finance to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving financial excellence and operational efficiency across the organization. As Sr. Manager Operations Finance you will lead financial planning and analysis for Operations partnering cross-functionally to deliver insights improve cost efficiency and enable high-impact decisions that support business performance and customer success.

• Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial reporting activities for Operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with Operations leaders to translate strategy into financial insights and actions
• Deliver clear timely reporting and variance analysis to support decision-making
• Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining a customer-first mindset
• Build scalable financial models and dashboards to improve visibility and accountability
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across finance supply chain and business teams
• Ensure data integrity and continuously improve finance processes and tools

• Strong financial planning & analysis skills including forecasting and modeling
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience partnering with operations supply chain or manufacturing teams (or similar environments)
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with data systems and ambiguity
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Familiarity with financial systems (e.g. ERP planning tools)

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in finance operations or a related field (typically 10 years)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with visualization tools is a plus
