We are seeking an elite Senior Manager of Laboratory Operations to lead day-to-day technical and operational functions. You will be the bridge between frontline operations and senior leadership ensuring smooth process execution regulatory compliance and teammate development. • Operational Leadership: Oversee assigned laboratory lanes to ensure they meet performance quality and financial targets. Monitor metrics to make informed decisions about staffing resources and workflow.

• Team Development: Lead and engage laboratory supervisors and frontline teams to foster a culture of accountability and high performance. Mentor emerging leaders with a focus on professional growth.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all laboratory testing is performed accurately documented properly and fully compliant with CAP CLIA federal and state regulatory requirements.

• Quality & Engagement: Oversee quality control and assurance programs to maintain the highest standards. Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to resolve issues professionally.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Medical Technology or related sciences required; Masters degree in business administration or relevant sciences preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of laboratory leadership experience in a high-volume high-complexity testing environment.

• Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of laboratory regulatory standards (CAP CLIA federal and state).

• Certifications: Medical Technologist registry (ASCP NCA AAB or equivalent) and a Florida Supervisor license are required.

• Tools: Proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
