Global Supply Planning (GSP) designs plans and activatesupstream supply and inventory strategiesthat ensure reliabilityand flexibility while enabling sustainable growth for Target. As the upstream integrator GSP connects Planning Inventory Management Sourcing and production to provide visibility proactively manage supply risk and enable downstream partners to optimizeinnetworkinventory.A role inGlobal Supply Planningmeans ensuring that the supply capacityand productionplans areestablishedin conjunction with demand plans and manufacturing processes to meet business needs.The role will ensure that items are produced and available at the right time and in the right location.Thisposition will require working from our Minneapolis HQ location 4 days a week.In office requirements are subject to change.
As aSeniorGlobal Supply PlanningManagerFood & Beverage- Frozen you will work with cross-functional teams to build supply plans for business partners who supportTarget OwnedBrandswithin ourFrozencategory.You willleadlong-range strategic planning routines to ensurethe business is manufacturing withthe right business partner matrix & country of production footprint.You will driveregularproduction planning routines to ensure vendors havesupplyavailable toship On Time & In Full whileoptimizinginventory aging.You will play a key strategic problem-solving role partnering with both business partners and internal stakeholders includingPlanning & Inventory ManagementSupplier Management andSourcing.You will drive continuous improvement of inputs & outputs to the supply planning process in service of sales growth reliability and flexibility.As a newer capability within Owned Brandsyou will help develop supply planningprocessestechnology and interaction modelsspecific to the temperature control business. You will have an opportunity to make a broad scopeimpactat a pyramid level and work with stakeholders in Minneapolis and overseas.

About you:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
6 years relevant sourcing planning inventory managementand/or supply planning experience. Experience intemperature controlledinventory is highly recommended
Strong experience architecting optimizing and executingendtoendsupply strategieswith ademonstrated ability to translatebusinessgoals into actionable supply network strategies aligncrossfunctionalsenior stakeholders and operationalize plans.
Demonstrated ability tooperateautonomously set clear priorities and drive structured outcomes in evolving environments
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to long-term organizational direction
Strong problem-solving andcritical thinking capability witha track recordof applyingadvancedproblem-solvingapproaches to drive high-impact outcomes
Proven cross-functionaland globalleadership with the ability to influence without direct authorityacross multiple levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills able to tell compelling stories drive stakeholder alignment and influence senior leaders
Ability to balance competing priorities and drive clarity amid complexity
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
