Key Responsibilities:
Own and participate in global logistics automation strategy roadmap rollout for a business unit act as a liaison between logistics operations IT and other support functions.
Lead teams and direct deployment of cross-functional (scope time budget) logistics 4.0 programs in the area of warehousing automation
Hand-off released digital solutions to the warehousing operations team and participate in knowledge transfer and user training with 3PL.
Monitor the programs from initiation through delivery; review status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
Communicate with stakeholders and obtain stakeholder engagement to ensure the digital solutions will solve the business problems.
Tracking of all program savings and reporting to senior management and finance team.
Ensure compliance and conformance to operations quality and safety standards.
Work and implement other programs on an ad-hoc basis as required by business and operations needs.
Skill Requirements:
Masters degree in industrial engineering operations research logistics supply chain or a related field.
Min. of 8-10 years of relevant experience managing logistics 4.0/automation program implementations 15 years of total experience.
Experience in logistics 4.0 / AMR robotics / VLMs / Control Towers / AI applied in logistics and warehousing environment (Semiconductor and/or logistics 3PL experience preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills proactive and strategic approach.
Proven experience in managing stakeholders relationships and expectations team leadership skills.
Knowledge of program management techniques budget and resource planning.
Good communicator comfortable in presenting to all levels within the business.
Willingness and flexibility to travel (up to 25%).

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
