Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

This role provides leadership for enterprise finance applications supporting the OrdertoCash (O2C) Loaner process within DePuy Synthes. The Sr. Manager will partner across Finance Commercial Supply Chain and Technology teams to deliver scalable compliant and efficient solutions that enableaccuratebilling revenue recognition and inventory tracking for loaner assets. This is a highly visible rolewithin the DePuy Synthes Technology Organizationwithdirectimpact on business performance helping modernize core financial processes and improve data quality to support decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy delivery and ongoing support of enterprise finance applications aligned to OrdertoCash (O2C) Loaner processes.

• Oversee systems supporting billing invoicing accounts receivable collections and revenue processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Partner with Finance Commercial Supply Chain and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement of financial systems data quality and reporting to enabletimelyandaccuratedecisionmaking.

• Ensure alignment to regulatory and internal control requirements across financial reporting and transaction processing.

• Lead system implementation enhancement and integration efforts across ERP and connected platforms (e.g. order management billing and receivables systems).

• Manage relationships with crossfunctional partners and vendors including service level agreements and performance metrics.

• Develop and mentor a team of technology and functional experts fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

• Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives including standardization of O2C processes and system harmonization.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Finance Accounting Business or a related field

• MBAMastersdegree or relevant advanced degree preferred

Experience and Skills

Required:

• 1012 years of relevant experience in finance systems enterprise applications or ITsupportingfinance processes

• Strongexpertisein OrdertoCash (O2C) processes including billing invoicing and accounts receivable

• Experience leading enterprise finance application platforms (e.g. ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle)

• Proven ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives and translate business needs into technology solutions

• Strong understanding of financial controls compliance and reporting requirements

• Experience managing or leading teams in a matrixed global environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare MedTech or regulated industries

• Familiarity with loaner inventory or field inventory management processes in medical device environments

• Experience with largescale transformation programs (e.g. ERP modernization or S/4HANA)

• Knowledge of data analytics reporting platforms and financial data architecture

• Demonstrated ability to drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience managing external vendors or system integrators

• Travel: Up to 1020% domestic and/or international travel

• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g. SAP PMP or Finance/Accounting certifications) preferred
