You are a proven people leader who thrives on developing teams and driving complex initiatives from concept through delivery. This role leads program management and execution across a portfolio of Wallet Payments and Commerce initiatives. You will partner directly with engineering and cross-functional teams across WPC and Apple Services to drive end-to-end planning execution and delivery of complex programs. nnAs a people leader you will mentor and grow a team of Engineering Program Managers establish operational best practices and foster a culture of accountability collaboration and delivery excellence. You are as comfortable presenting to executives as you are engaging with engineering teams on technical details.

Lead end-to-end program execution across complex Wallet Payments and Commerce initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch closely with engineering leaders product teams and cross-functional partners to define program scope milestones and delivery alignment across multiple teams and organizations managing dependencies risks and trade-offs to ensure successful mentor and scale a high-performing team of Engineering Program Managers while establishing operational excellence and best clear program visibility to executive leadership through structured communication status reporting and data-driven with senior leadership to continuously strengthen and scale the Engineering Program Management organization including evaluating processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

7 years of experience in technical program and project management including managing a team of program ability to deliver large cross-functional programs and roadmaps identify risks and drive technical acumen able to engage credibly with engineering teams on architecture system design and technical at navigating ambiguity building alignment across competing priorities and leading teams to successful decision-maker who balances risks and benefits for the overall good of the -oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment while managing program details and broader influencing and building trust with partners and senior executive leadership to move programs forward.

Experience within payments financial services data or analytics technology is highly presentation written and verbal communication skills across a variety of audiences and organizational to facilitate technical design and architecture discussions and translate technical concepts into actionable project for mentoring and developing Engineering Program Managers measuring success through the growth and impact of your to handle directional change and concurrently manage multiple priorities.
