You will lead a small team and drive integrated customer marketing programs that move business metrics and deepen product usage for the client. Youll partner with cross-functional stakeholdersbrand product marketing media and regional teamsto plan execute and measure high-impact campaigns. This role balances people leadership with hands-on ownership of campaign strategy and operational execution.

• Lead and coach a team of marketing contractors (2 ICs) overseeing projects and cross-functional alignment
• Own major integrated marketing initiatives from planning through execution and measurement
• Provide strategic input to campaign briefs to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer insights
• Partner with Brand Studio Product Marketing Media and regional teams to deliver work at scale
• Ensure operational rigor across budgets timelines and resourcing
• Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and creativity within the team

• 710 years of experience in marketing management campaign management or integrated marketing roles
• Proven ability to lead large complex marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles across brand digital social media and content
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect insights to action
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

$56.15 - $70.18/hour
