Responsibilities:
Translate enterprise Continuous Improvementstrategy into site-level execution.
Coachdirect teamsiteand corporateleadership teamsand frontlineteamson Lean Six Sigma andproblem-solvingmethodologies.
Own the process foridentifyingtop improvement opportunities acrossmanufacturingandleadcross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
Deploy andstandardizeCIfundamentalsand best practices across facilities to ensure consistencyandsustainability(Lean Six Sigma RCA TPM etc.).
Support the developmentand delivery oftraining materials for CI tools and integrate into trainingand developmentprograms.
Ensure effective trackingand reportingfor KPIs(OEEdowntime capacity yield)that drive Continuous Improvement.
Lead Kaizens RCAs and costand capacityimprovement initiatives across multiple sites.
Supportproject andcapital scoping prioritizationand justification using data-driven analysis.
Audit compliance with CI systems (Tracking SystemsStandard Work TPM and other) across sites.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This job is expected to be on-site at facilitiesapproximately 3040% of the time with travel up to 40% to support multisite initiatives.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree in Operations Management Engineering or Supply Chain (Masterspreferred)
Experience and Skills
7 years of manufacturing/operations experience with at least 3 years in CI leadership roles.
Proven successdeployingCI initiatives across multiple sites.
Strong background in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multipleinitiativessimultaneously and adjust priorities as needed.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI ERP MES and other manufacturing systems.
Food manufacturing or high-volume production industry experience.
