This customer facing role will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Blooms Sales Marketing Engineering Regulatory Legal Installations and Finance teams to ensure we deliver our solutions with a high level of predictability and customer position will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the companys success.

Location: San Jose CA

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience throughout the delivery phase of the project
• Ensure that customer communication is seamless
• Manage the delivery of our solutions from contract to cash and ensure we hit revenue targets
• Partner with the Installations team to ensure tight coordination across multiple projects
• Partner with the Project Finance team to ensure financing aligns with customer and internal goals
• Work across the organization and with customers to remove roadblocks for project completion
• Create and maintain an easy to understand progress report structure and escalation process
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on expanded opportunities with customers

Skills and Experience:

• 10 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelors degree required MBA preferred
• Strong program management skills
• Strong analytical financial and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
• Creative problem-solving and ability to work with ambiguity
• Ability to take complicated technical concepts and translate to a general audience in a compelling succinct manner
