Were currently seeking a Sr. Manager Business Analytics to join our Headquarters team!The Senior Manager Business Analytics is a critical leader of the Financial Planning & Analysis team responsible for guiding the team that transforms complex data into actionable insights that advance profitability operational efficiency and enterprise decision making. This role partners with senior leaders to elevate data-driven business strategy and support achievement of financial You Will Do:Revenue & Operational Analytics:Lead subscription member reporting and analytics to drive strategies that maximize revenue margin and customer lifetime predictive models that identify retention drivers and high-value opportunities across the member labor and operating expenses to identify efficiency opportunities and drive cost-optimization initiatives across the Management & Business Intelligence:Oversee the development governance and enhancement of dashboards and analytics tools that empower field and headquarters with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of enterprise adoption of BI platforms to automate reporting streamline insights delivery and enable advanced analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Lead development of financial models forecasts and profitability analyses to inform strategic mentor and develop a team of analysts fostering a culture of accountability innovation and continuous concise actionable insights to senior leadership to influence effective cross-functional partnerships across Finance Operations IT and other key You Will Shine:Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Data Science Finance Accounting or related field.10 years of analytical experience including leadership of high-performing with BI tools and advanced Excel quantitative problem-solving and communication in subscription-based multi-unit or service-oriented operating environments certification such as CPA or CFA ability to translate complex analyses into compelling narratives for senior record of driving organizational change through data to continuous improvement and innovation in analytics leadership style focused on elevating customer and operator Skills: Advanced experience with BI tools such as Domo Power BI or in SQL; experience with Python or R preferred for advanced with financial modeling forecasting or performance management with data warehousing tools.
