What Production Set-up and Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health
Manufacturingis responsible forcost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement supply chain management quality assurance employee safety and engagement and environmental commitment.
Production Setup and Maintenancesetsup aligns monitors and/or calibrates production equipment.Assistsand may perform maintenance on machines and cleans up minor chemical spills in assignedareaas well as glassware ovens and other equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions on manufacturing machinery facility systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic and process systems including motors drives pumps valves chains and belts toidentifyroot causes and implement effective solutions.
Complete repairsin accordance withapplicable codes standards and best practices.
Maintainaccuratemaintenance and repair records in Cardinal Healths CMMS system. Verify revise and update preventive maintenance procedures as.
Install test and support new equipment upgrades and validations while collaborating with Engineering Quality and Production to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
Support product trials testing equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and maintenance activities in compliance with GMP FDA and ISO 13485 requirements.
Assistwithmaintaininginventories of critical spare parts tools and materials.
Coordinate schedule and direct activities for external contractors trades personnel and third-party vendors as needed.
Perform other maintenance and machine-related duties as assigned.
Participate in an on-call rotation and weekend coverage schedule.
Qualifications:
24 years of maintenance experience preferred.
High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience preferred.

Anticipated hourly range: $25.20per hour - $39.60per hour
