This Raytheon Logistics Analytics Manager will lead a centralized team responsible for data management reporting and business intelligence for the logistics function. The role oversees standardization of logistics processes manages operational reporting standards data sources and governance and develops datadriven solutions to improve service levels process flow and efficiency. The manager directs a team of analysts provides input on hiring and performance decisions and supports employee development.

The position supports RTX strategic initiatives and partners with RTX Corporate Logistics and Property Management to standardize service provider metrics data definitions and reporting requirements. The role requires effective collaboration across teams and disciplines.

What You Will Do

• Partner with RTX and Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain leadership to shape and execute analytics strategies that meet cost quality schedule and compliance goals.
• Lead a centralized team of analysts supporting Inventory Compliance and Freight & Fleet and establish intake and prioritization processes across functional stakeholders.
• Lead talent development within the team ensuring employees receive coaching growth opportunities and clear career progression including decision-making for hiring promotions rewards and other personnel actions.
• Establish data governance: standard definitions report standards a single source of truth and the publications and policies that govern analytics work.
• Develop a roadmap and strategic plan for metrics forecasting and visualization solutions.
• Partner with Raytheon technology owners to deliver automated dashboards and data platforms.
• Establish logistics and inventory metrics and work with operational stakeholders to build process discipline.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews to provide input on partner key performance indicators.
• Identify share and implement best practices with Supply Chain and Logistics Execution teams.
• Drive innovation in processes and technologies to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
• Develop a roadmap and strategic plan to support Logistics metrics forecasting and visualization solutions.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics Execution teams in identifying sharing and implanting of best practices.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Data Analytics Information Systems Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Experience extracting and reconciling Special Program Access and ERP data.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
  
  

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Experience communicating effectively both written and verbal with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in lean principles and/or implementation of Lean strategies.
• Scripting experience in Python or R .
• Certifications such as APICS CSCP CLTD or PMP.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 132400 USD - 251600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
