Job Summary
Title: Sr LangGraph Agentic AI Developer
Location: Dallas (Primary) Charlotte (Secondary)
Hybrid mode (work from office 3 days a week)
Experience: 8 years in Software Engineering including 2 years with LangGraph or other Agentic AI frameworks.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in GenAI Fundamentals LLMs Prompt Engineering Agentic AI LangChain LangGraph
Expert in Python asynchronous programming and stateful/multi-agent system design
Experience with OpenAI Anthropic or similar LLM platforms
Knowledge of RAG evaluation metrics monitoring CI/CD memory management and production-grade AI systems
Strong coding skills with AI agents and workflow debugging (LangGraph Studio preferred)
