What youll be doing

• Serving as the go-to liaison between E&P operators outside partners and business contacts; keeping mineral development moving across your assigned basins
• Preparing reviewing and managing complex oil and gas contracts leases and curative documents
• Reviewing incoming well notices and AFEs and flagging organic growth opportunities alongside the technical team
• Working shoulder to shoulder with engineering geology finance GIS and legal to evaluate prospects and keep project mapping current

What were looking for

• 7 years of progressive landman experience across multiple basins
• CPL field land work at some point preferred
• Working knowledge of Federal oil and gas regulations Land Systems/ODL and ArcGIS
• A command of U.S. mineral and surface ownership principles title opinions and regulatory compliance; this is a seat for someone who already knows the material

• A track record of resolving title and contract issues independently across more than one basin without needing it handed to you pre-solved
• A history of building long-term operator relationships that last past the current deal
