Job Description -
Seeking a highly motivated candidate who demonstrates commitment to customer service and possesses strong technical skills and proficiency working with:
* Windows Server/Desktop operating systems users administration file system software and services
* Understanding of servers and various storage RAID configuration
* Active Directory management including backup and recovery of domain and GPO setup
* Fundamental networking concepts and troubleshooting such as DHCP DNS Routing Firewall
* Fundamental understanding of security principles ACL Encryption
* Scripting: PowerShell bash ksh or perl for automating routine tasks
* Experienced with monitoring system health and performance able to provide statistics to identify bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts
* Disaster recovery planning and ability to perform backup and restore for systems applications and data
* Patch and firmware installation and management
* Strong customer service mindset providing 1 end user support experience
* Knowledge of Security software like Prowatch or Genetec - a plus
