The Davenport site employs approximately 550 employees in a Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that produces Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Meats and supports an hourly workforce onsite.
This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and will include some work outside of first shift operating hours. This is a 24/7 Manufacturing Site.

MinimumRequirements:
5Years of Experiencein HR supporting hourly employees and cross functional partners within a manufacturing environment.
Strong eye for business project management and technicalproficiencyin workplace technology and systems (eg.Workday Dayforce IndeavorMS Office Suiteetc)
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights
Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Stronganalytical andproblem-solvingskills leadingchangethrough others.
Adaptability Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasksand the abilityto manage multiple assignments.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77800.00 - $97300.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
