Our Opportunity:

Chewy is currently seeking aSr. Human Resources Administratorto join our team in ourPittston PAlocation. We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to human resources function as needed (e.g.correspondence generation reporting file maintenance HRIS entry). Acts as the firstpoint-of-contactfor employeesregardingHuman Resources issues. Are youreadto lead the pack We look forward to speaking with you!

Whatyoulldo:

  • Coordinate all new hire related activities including new team member communication on-site preparation orientation scheduling andassistleadership with onboarding questions and tasks as it relates to new hires.

  • Conduct new employee orientations on-site to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefit plans policies and procedures.Will also be accountable for completing new employee I9 forms and audits as needed.

  • Complete attendance reportingprocessestime sheet punches and payroll adjustments to ensure accuracy of time sheets. Completes shift transfer changes. Processeschangeswithin time limits.

  • Maintain employee filesinitiatedrug and backgroundscreeningsand conduct routine file audits.

  • Complete Board of Pharmacy registrations renewals and document keeping andauditsas necessary.

  • Write revise edit and proofread company policies & procedures and related documents as needed.

  • Use phone email bulletinboardsand other vehicles to communicate information. Produce the Company telephone directory.

  • Responsible for assigning lockers to new employees andmaintainingan accuratelog of available lockers.

  • Assistwith plan and implement HR and other office events.

  • Provide administrative support to the assigned HRBP function and local HR team. Performs other HR generalist duties as assigned.

Whatyoullneed:

  • PreferredBachelorsdegreemajorin business or human resources preferred.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience coordinating general human resources duties.

  • Must have digital literacy and the ability to learn HRIS system (Paychex or Kronos).

  • Must be proficient in MS Office products especially Excel.

  • Outstanding verbal/written skills and presentation skills. Good punctuation spellinggrammarand attention to detaila must.

  • Strong social skillscrucial.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule which could include days nights weekends and/or holidays
