JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serves as a senior subject matter expert for employee data administration governance and Core HCM business process execution. Leads audit programs drives process improvements mentors team members and partners across HR Payroll Benefits and Technology teams to enhance data quality and operational effectiveness.
Responsibility
Data Governance and Stewardship:
Serve as a steward of workforce data quality standards.
Establish and maintain data governance controls audit practices and quality management processes.
Identify and mitigate data risks.
Advanced Data Administration and Special Projects:
Lead execution of highly complex workforce changes reorganizations acquisitions divestitures compensation cycles and enterprise data updates.
Coordinate cross-functional activities involving employee data.
Operational Improvement and Process Optimization:
Analyze trends identify root causes and lead process improvement initiatives.
Reduce errors streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Act as a primary liaison between HR Services Payroll Benefits Compensation Talent and HR Technology / EEIT teams.
Consult on business process impacts and operational requirements.
Audit and Compliance Leadership:
Lead internal data audits.
Support external audits and compliance reviews.
Monitor adherence to policies and control requirements.
Coaching and Knowledge Leadership:
Mentor HR Data Administrators I and II.
Facilitate training and support development of team capabilities.
Act as escalation point for HR Data Admin team.
Minimum
Qualification Skill and/ or Competency Requirements
- 5-8 years HR data administration HR operations or Workday Core HCM administration experience.
- Advanced expertise in Workday business processes data governance and audit practices.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Strong facilitation collaboration stakeholder management and change management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible HR data administration experience will be considered.
PAY RANGE:

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3600 per eligible employee prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
