Meet the team:

Join our high-performing HR team to support Dexcoms Commercial & Product teams. We are seeking a Senior HR Business Advisor who ishighly energetic self-motivated and proactive to effectively support an evolving and growing a Senior HR Business Advisor you will support a large employee population collaborating with leaders to drive HR initiatives and improvements.

Where you come in:

  • Youact as a coach and consultant to leaders and employees providingguidance and counsel on HR processes and proceduresincluding performance management talent management compensation planning engagement development and counsel on employment issues.
  • You partner with internal teams and Centers of Excellence such as Talent Development Compensation TalentAcquisitionandEmployee Relationssupportingthe development and administration of programs procedures and guidelines to help alignforsuccess withthe workforceand supportingthe strategic goals of the company.
  • You analyzeand leverageHRdatato influencedecisions thatpromote continual improvement.
  • You manage projects and special assignments with effective prioritization and problem-solving. You gain cooperationfromothersmonitorprogress and makeappropriate adjustmentsto project plans.
  • Youcollaboratewith HR Business Partners across North America and with the global HR team to foster continuous improvement consistency alignment andto share best practices.

  • You have a strong background in HR advisement and partnering supporting all levels of employees including leadership.
  • You bring experience partnering with business leaders on people strategy employment issues and HR related matters.
  • Your strong communication skills with proven ability to coach leaders navigate sensitive conversations and build trust with diverse stakeholders sets you apart.
  • Youpossessstrong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at once with a sense of urgency.
  • Youmaintainconfidentiality and work independently with minimal direction.
  • You are proactive detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and previous Workday experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting HR for commercial & product teams preferred.

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 8 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
