The Stephenson Cancer Center is seeking a Senior Hotline Program Coordinator to provide leadership and operational oversight for the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline a statewide program dedicated to helping Oklahomans live healthier tobacco-free lives.

What Youll Do

As the Senior Hotline Program Coordinator you will oversee the administration and strategic direction of the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline program and related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily program operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and program effectiveness
• Conduct program evaluations and develop long-range strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives
• Collect analyze and interpret data to measure outcomes and prepare reports for leadership stakeholders and funding agencies
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations policies grant requirements and contractual obligations
• Plan coordinate and support program events meetings and outreach activities
• Develop manage and monitor program budgets and financial resources
• Negotiate administer and monitor grants contracts and vendor relationships
• Lead project management efforts establishing timelines milestones and performance measures
• Develop and implement policies procedures and process improvements that enhance program performance
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance public health initiatives and achieve program goals
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the program and organization

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree.
• 48months of related experience.

Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree to equal 96 months of related experience.
