As a Sr Financial Analyst FP&A - Capital Finance you will:
Partner closely with the Remodels business team to drive financial outcomes that support the long-term health and evolution of Targets store fleet
Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to inform strategic remodel investments with the goal to improve returns and optimize costs through collaboration with cross-functional partners in Properties Real Estate Store Operations Construction Accounting and Capital Finance
Assist in Capital Forum preparation for Remodel investments
Own financial planning forecasting and reporting for Targets annual Remodels capital program ensuring transparency accuracy and alignment with enterprise capital goals
Support program-level forecasting and project-level analysis to monitor in-year performance and assess return on investment
Build maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools to enable effective decision-making and visibility across varying levels of leadership including annual refresh of the Remodel valuation model
Identify and drive opportunities to streamline processes enhance automation and improve efficiency across Remodels financial operations
Contribute to broader Store Valuation initiatives including financial assessments of reinvestment strategies and capital prioritization

About you:
B.A/B.S degree in accounting or finance
Relevant Finance experience (including FP&A experience) and financial valuation experience a plus
Strong analytical decision-making project management and organizational skills
Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm initiative and a passion for results
Experienced in collaborating across departments/business units and driving results through collaboration
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; tailors message by audience negotiate consequences handle crisis setbacks and conflicts constructively and diplomatically and provide essential information to the right people at the right time; relationship-building aptitude
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location (Tues Wed & Thurs) the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
