As a Senior Financial Analyst you will join a business-focused finance team that partners closely with operations sales plant leadership and group-level finance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly visible environment where financial insights directly support performance planning and strategic decision-making.

What Youll Do

As a Senior Financial Analyst you will support budgeting forecasting KPI reporting pricing analysis and strategic financial decision-making across the business.

In this role you will:

• Support the annual budget periodic forecasts and long-range planning processes
• Develop analyze and report key performance indicators related to financial and operational performance
• Partner with plant and operations leadership to explain performance drivers identify risks and opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform pricing and margin analysis including customer product and volume-based evaluations
• Prepare clear financial analysis dashboards and reporting for leadership review
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Group-level finance partners to support business initiatives and strategic projects
• Assist with month-end close activities including variance analysis journal entries and management reporting
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making across the organization
• Ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of financial data and reporting

What Youll Need

The ideal candidate is analytical business-minded and comfortable translating financial data into actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Required qualifications include:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Mathematics or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience preferably in manufacturing logistics or a similar operational environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and explain results clearly
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred
• QAD experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
